About

Our practice meets you where you are at; to walk alongside you in support of your journey to mental and physical wellness. Our approach focuses on individual and relational concerns that adversely impact you from being fully present minded and functional in mind and body. Counseling children, teens and adults as well as couples we take on a social-emotional and psycho-somatic approach identifying and improving maladaptive patterns of thoughts, beliefs, feelings and behaviors.

Reaching out in a time of need is not easy. If willing it is the first step in finding healing and acceptance of our past wounds. This journey will then allow us to be fully loving and engaged in our present. It takes courage and strength to step into vulnerability and that is where the work is done. Change is hard, but so is staying the same. We take an active approach to getting comfortable with uncomfortableness.
