College students and young professionals are often so focused on learning their trade that they may forget to care for themselves. Especially when life is stressful – we get it. You are not alone!
This spring, we invite you to participate in a 5-week holistic stress-reduction workshop to focus on improving wellbeing.

Reduce stress through holistic, evidence-based practices for preventative and in-the-moment coping

Increase self-awareness of stressors and strengths via the mind-body-spirit connection

Starting this Spring
This Holistic Stress Management Workshop may be beneficial for any college student or young professional, and may be particularly useful for those experiencing burnout in a helping or caregiving profession, including: healthcare & medical, mental health & counseling, education & child development, social services & community support, elder care & disability support, animal care, and other helping professions.
