Getting Help
Reaching out in a time of need is not easy. If willing it is the first step in finding healing and acceptance of our past wounds. This journey will then allow us to be fully loving and engaged in our present. It takes courage and strength to step into vulnerability and that is where the work is done. My goal is to work together with clients to improve physical, emotional and mental health for children, adolescents, adults, couples and families focusing on the mind - body connection using a person-centered, holistic and trauma focused approach.
