Healthy Mind - Healthy Body

Focusing on health and wellness means treating the mind and body. Mental and physical health are interconnected; What we think, feel and act on are all components that need to be addressed when it comes to living out the best version of ourselves and responding to life stressors in a healthy manner. Our mental health affects how we physically feel and vice versa. That's why we are about taking an all encompassing mind-body-soul approach into our well-being. Here we offer therapy to children through adult years as well as individual and group classes in the community that focus on mindfulness to tackle psycho-somatic symptoms and enhance a person's overall quality of life.  In addressing both psychological and physiological factors of our mind and body we enhance and improve our stress responses that impact our overall functionality and ability to adapt with psychological flexibility. Therapy can include education on the benefits of movement and breath practices, interventions like guided imagery, mindfulness techniques, psycho education and various cognitive and behavioral therapy techniques for mental, emotional, behavioral, physical and spiritual well-being.
